GARLIC JO's is a restaurant that specializes in Family-style dishes using garlic. Giant cloves of garlic from Gilroy, CA are used in all cooking. Even the oil used for frying is made from garlic to enhance the delicious garlic aroma. Our staff at GARLIC JO's provide quality service in a homey and friendly environment.

Our chefs use garlic and chili peppers to create a wide selection of different dishes from all over the world. We fry, bake, saute and simmer the garlic– then blend it with other tasty ingrediants to produce a different phase to garlic–one which is mild and flavorful! Some of the local favorites are the Garlic Steak, Shrimp & Aioli Pizza, Italian Eggplant, Thai style Grilled Chicken, Garlic Grilled Salmon and Jambalaya Spaghetti.

A "fusion style" resturant is the result of his ideas. He also wanted his guests to enjoy a family style atmosphere, a place where you can come and relax and reminisce with your family and freinds while eating fresh quality and healthy food.
